I am Karl-Deen Khalifa (pen name of Olusegun Abdullah Apaokagi), a retired analytical chemist who spent more than forty years asking how things work and why. That habit of questioning never left me, and in time it turned toward the questions that matter most as we grow older, questions about health, about purpose, and about the knowledge we pass on to our children.
