Karl-Deen Books LLC sells digital products, including e-books, PDF guides, courses, and other digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

 

Digital products (e-books and PDF materials)

All e-books, PDF guides, courses, and downloadable materials sold by Karl-Deen Books LLC are non-refundable once access has been granted. Access is considered granted at the moment the download link is delivered, the file is downloaded, or the product is opened or viewed online, whichever happens first. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds after that point.

 

Delivery and technical issues

We will review requests where the file is corrupted, the wrong product was delivered, or the download link fails and cannot be restored. Contact us at info@karldeenbooks.com within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the file or resolve the delivery issue.

 

Physical products

Physical products, where offered, remain subject to the standard return terms stated elsewhere in this policy.
